This anime is actually underrated... by underrated I actually mean underrated... it deserves 8+ rating but it has less than that in MAL. It makes us think what's the true sadness after a humans death, is it because of the memories we cherished together or the existence of their body.

I have watched it a lot of times. To be honest, when I used get too much happy I used to watch this anime and get depressed again😅 but Truly without any second thought, this is one of the best sad anime of all time. I love the anime and wanted more seasons which seems like a distant dream 😢. Hope the creators consider it and we get to see Isla get her memory back and living a happy life with him. ❤

Never in my life have i cherished an anime this much. Even now when someone asks me what is my favourite anime, plastic memories is the first one that comes to my mind. It had such a huge impact on me that i can't even begin to describe. It's the first anime that made me cry. And not just any cry, but bitch cry. I cried like a baby for like 1 or 2 hours. And 3 days of free depression. This is the only anime that taught me something. It made me appreciate my closed ones and my memories with them. Because if you don't use this time to make precious memories when one of us is gone the other one will only suffer from despair knowing that he/she couldn't make memories we could cherish. I am even getting sad and teared up while writing this. Even though not a real person, Isla had more impact on me than 95% of the people in my life. And her saying"i hope you would be reunited with the person you cheris"is still drilled into my mind. It's such a small sentence yet it hit me so hard. I believe that is true to everyone. I wish Isla also gets to reunite with tsukasa with her old memories. I love and cherish Isla. Losing her was like losing a close person of mine💔


I know i wrote a lot on whim. But plastic memories holds a special place in my heart. Many good and more emotional anime might come in future, but none of those can take the place of plastic memories for me. It's a story that even if my mind forgets, my heart will always remember and always make me cry. If you want to share your experience with plastic memories please do. I usually don't find anyone talking about it and i want to know what other people think about it.

This anime didnt ended well so. They decided to make a game on it where there are many routes where almost all routes ends in bad ending where either she goes wild or kill the mc and goes on rampage but but There is a rare good ending and if i remember correct it was only available with special circumstances where actually you can get a ending where they both end up together but even that is sad cause now again we got a time limit cause now the male mc got older and is almost on death bed when they reunited.... Means sometime there just sometime cant be happy ending no matter what you Some time its just fate you cant do anything about it cause you are no god and this is not a fictional story where every thing will get convinent like you want is something i learned from this
