NYC Expands Open Streets Program With Open Boulevards

So many ignorant people in this comments section who fail to realize that Open Streets to pedestrians and cyclists is better for traffic and quality of life. Hell, streets with a bike lane installed saw a boom in business.

Would all you anti-Open Streets people suggest the Times Square pedestrian plazas be removed, even though it’s popular for businesses and people alike?
