Hi. Are all the products from the marketplace safe? If I deploy one in my EC2 instance, will the developer have access to what I am storing in my EC2 instance?

If I can also create and deploy Azure products (if they are not already created) AND AWS resources AS WELL that would be SUPER handy ---> i have this particular use case in mind. Does anyone know whether AWS can support this particular use case?.
