What does it mean? If the lawsuit is favorable then only plaintiffs will be processed even if their case numbers are higher than some of non-plaintiffs? What about other DV winners? I understand what and why the lawyers are doing this also people who sign up. Still what’s the point of being selected if everyone else can jump ahead paying? Make everyone pay then if that’s the basis they want to base the decision on. Just my two cents.
