Visiting Mangroves in Itajaí

During the Race’s stopover in Itajaí, Brazil, we’ve had chance to explore some of the city’s magnificent mangroves. This wonder plant has a number of benefits, not just to the marine environment, but also for life on land, including capturing carbon, which is vital in fighting the climate crisis.
