I have known my place since childhood and I had no idea that it would be such a hard long lonely road, I still see no end in sight but my faith, percivierence and dedication to the truth have left me no time to doubt or question what I am to do it's taken 10 years of solitude and research into my purpose for helping mankind level up to a level that very very few are even aware of its existence I found it but to try and explain it people gets me the WTF are you talking about look so I must go first and alone to show them it's not crazy and it's completely possible and just.

I found it hard releasing the dark knight of the soul and doing the shadow work but it's quite simple to grasp that every time an emotional feeling from the past comes up, you have to allow it in, relax with it and then go through the ho 'oponopono ritual, which is "im sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. But add in what you're sorry about the clearer and more detailed it is the more you cleanse yourself. Very powerful way as i avoided going through it because i got so angry i was worried about smashing my flat up at the time. You will get through it but don't try to rush any of it . Living in the moment and contemplating the unreleased pains will allow them to gently appear and it could take a few sessions but it'll be well worth it my dear friends.
