FRONTSIDE 180 OVER A GAP | LANCE LIVE SKATE SUPPORT

The Purpose of Braille Skateboarding is to grow the number of people who skateboard by teaching, motivating, and inspiring. We do this by making skateboard tutorial videos covering every how to skateboard video under the sun moon and stars. By learning ourselves and showing that no matter how old or young you can learn to skate. Part of this is also providing a suggested path to take in learning to skate. Then we inspire NEW people to learn to skate by making videos outside the very small world of skateboarding. We turn an ipad into a skateboard, skate on a big screen TV, and even a door. We focus not only on the creativity here but building the board and then all the way through to seeing what tricks can be done on it. Skaters have always been a creative bunch of people they take the normal ideas of society and change it to create their own world. Most people see a set of stairs we see a kick flip going down them. Our goal here is to take people that may never have thought of skateboarding before and get them on a board.

I have created many ways to achieve the above goal and will list them all below. Different ways for different people so have a look through and see what fits you best.

I really enjoy these lance videos, his skill level is so much more relatable to me than most of the other skateboarders on youtube.

Started skating again after stopping 11 years ago and I am basically Lance at his beginning. His videos of progression help keep me going, as well as all of the other Braille videos. Thanks guys!

Honestly it made me so happy when he landed the 180, you can see the relief and happiness in Lance's face. Keep it up Lance!

Lance I really appreciate all your videos cuz I see myself in you a lot!

I'm not the best skater in the park, I probably never will be, but I am stubborn and determined like you to not give up, just keeping on practicing. Eventhough you don't land it right away you always seem so humble and nice to everyone around you, keeping that smile up eventhough you fail some FS 180, you just have fun along the road to learning and becoming a better skater :)

You are seriously a real hero when it comes to skateboarding cuz you are just like a skateboarder should be: having fun, not giving up and being nice in general to people around you and by doing so, making the skatepark a better place to be in for everyone!

Gotta love his stance before he does the trick on some of the attempts. Looks like he's about to do the first flat ground 1080 with the swing on his shoulders. Keep it up Lance #SkateGod

Hell yeah Lance! I feel like that foot problem is super common, maybe these two things which have helped me can be of some use.

1) Get a strong vertical pop and avoid sweeping with your back foot like a shuv, notice how close that 9:26 attempt was due to a strong takeoff.
2) Mentally only try to turn 90 keep a slow rotation, so when you're at your peak height you've only turned the first half of the rotation. This will keep the board from rotating away from your feet, and you'll naturally complete the rest without over-rotating.

This was actually real cool to watch. It was pretty funny. Shows how much goes into learning a new trick.

Anyone who wants to talk trash about Lance here has forgotten what it was like to be in this position. I think it's awesome to see him progress. Inspires me to get out there and skate.

Braille never talks about learning tricks rolling fast. Not super fast, but faster than normal. GOOD JOB LANCE!!! You are the hash tag skate god.

Lance how much/often do you skate?
I'm 26 and I've started 2 months ago but I have to work out more because my body is a mozzarella.
You are very inspiring, keep practice!

I really like watching lance skate support. I am super excited but nervous to learn how to skate because I feel like I need to be good right away, but watching lance work so hard at something gives me the confidence that I dont need to be great right away. NICE JOB LANCE!!

That guy shows and rubs his belly at 15 seconds. What's his number?

I loved watching this! Makes me appreciate the difficulty of skateboarding - even the simple stuff! I was rooting for you the whole way and was stoked when you landed it!

I wish Gabe was more excited and energetic like he was when he first met Braille
