Their Headquarters for Europe is here in Ireland. Surely they can set up a European or country by country server so data doesn't leave the zone.

Good. I hope all these social media’s and mobile device companies etc. should be “an open book” on what where when how and why, when it pertains to all things pertaining to its users data no matter what country it’s in or it’s users are in.
