Troubleshooting

Valve leaks: There might be some debris inside the valve which is causing it to not seal properly.

Valve won't open: The problem is most likely electrical, either the coil has burnt out from being used over time or from being energized without being attached to the valve. It could also be due to faulty power source not providing enough power or none at all. There could also be too much pressure in the system for the coil to counteract. You can test this by disconnecting the valve from any pressure and operating it. The coil should warm up slightly and you should hear a clicking sound on activation.

Valve won't close: The spring could be broken or worn out from extended use. There could also be debris in one of the small holes required for the valve to function.

Note: The valve used was already loosened to the point of hand tightening for the purposes of streamlining the video. You will need the appropriate wrenches and Allen keys to disassemble and reassemble the valve for actual use.
