I have done wrong Integration for First equation. xdy+ydx will be d(xy) which on integration will become xy. So finally it will be xy+z= C1. Please correct.

Sir is it okay that integration of y with repct to dx is y^2 /2

Your first solution's integration is wrong it should be xy+z=c1
