As someone with combo skin:
Cerave hydrating cream to foam cleanser!!
It’s so good and also works for like every skin type. Cleanses without stripping and hydrates.
Also: niacinimide serums. The ordinary 10% is great but pretty strong. Go for 5% or less if you have sensitive or young skin.
Gel/water cream moisturizers for extra dry skin are great. Ex: neutrogena hydro boost water cream. Bubble level up saved my skin and also byoma gel cream moisturizer!
