We had the same bolt problem. Did a special order on the correct length and a 10 day delay.

Cannot wait for ours to arrive! Should get it in February and we plan on upgrading our inverter to handle the load running on battery. More importantly we will be able to have a conversation with the AC on!!!

On the previous video about this I asked about the variable speed being an issue. I thought that the fan speed was variable but have since learned that it is the compressor is variable speed. Sorry if I caused any confusion I think as long as they don't have any major malfunctions these units will end up being a top replacement

I just checked with etrailer and they said this unit doesn’t have a way to control the propane heater either. Can you do a video on the surveyor on how to managed to work around this issue? I remember you saying you were going to do something.

Nice to see a product taking advantage of all the new technology in the field of HVAC. Addressing noise is a huge selling point in that these products are generally located right over the sleeping area. I would love it if they could somehow connect to our Thor Firefly controller with a remote sensor. The thermostat being in the ceiling plenum is fine, the challenge is controlling the unit. Even if it was just the off and on control. Will have to think about how to do this.
