The FBI just announced its latest surveillance tool: the Next Generation Identification System, or NGI. And facial recognition software is a major part of NGI – which is why the FBI plans to collect up to 52 million photos of people's faces by 2015. So is this a big deal? Yes, say the ACLU and the Electronic Frontier Foundation, who are worried Americans might be kissing any chance of anonymity goodbye.

This need's to all be made illegal since they do put innocent people at risk not only that but it is also is invading peoples privacy
