While the pic is hard to detail, I would agree best resemblance to Shana from Shakugan no Shana, hair length and cut and eyes are best fit. Erza from fairy tail doesn't have the eye color nor has she depicted with her hair like in the pic, for Ayano Kannagi from Kaze No Stigma hair is wrong cut, both have shorter bangs.
