@DematicGlobal offers two methods of Automatic Battery Charging for Automated Guided Vehicle Systems (AGVS): Automatic Battery Exchanger and Opportunity Charging.
The Automatic Battery Exchanger removes the low charge battery from the AGV and replaces it with a fully charged battery.
Opportunity Charging occurs when the AGV automatically plugs into a battery charger. The Lithium battery remains on-board the AGV during re-charging.
Both methods reduce the cost to operate an AGV System since labor is not required to accomplish battery charging.
