Compact Kaeng Som Pae sa, Homemade.

Normally, the fish in Kaeng Som Pae Sa will be large ones. Sometimes we just want to eat a small bowl. This recipe should help you. However, you can use ready-made Kaeng Som curry paste for speed , but for this dish we made it ourselves. The highlight of this dish is the spicy soup and the water mimosa, which has a unique flavor. You can eat it continuously because it does not get too soft even if it's boiled for such a long time. Just preparing various vegetables would make a great meal.

Most people want the work done or get successful quickly. Even when we encounter obstacles, we still use the same old methods and make excuses because they don't learn. Everybody is able to start over in every second of our lives. Learning from mistakes is not embarrassing, but it gives you wisdom.

Remark : I cook for my son almost everyday so I have to be Creative. I worked as a creative for advertising company, it is a bit of challenge. Using mostly the same ingredients from the stock in my fridge, the ideas could be useful for others.

Cooking is not only to feed my son but also to be father and son, a bit of teaching naturally.
