Thanks for the recipe +whats4chow. I'm a bit worried about frying the chicken for 20 minutes though. Won't that make it dry? Or does the brine counteract the dryness?

Hi, any chance u can show us how to make powdered Worcestershire sauce?
It is not available where I live and I would love to sprinkle some on my steaks (I am not keen on the liquid one). I haven't found much info online on how to replicate the powder form (David Wade makes one, sold in the US in a brown paper bag).
