Note to Host:  Try next time to put a little more effort and seriousness into it.  Consumers don't like a light hearted and sarcastic take on a possible faulty phone by a corporate giant and are spending almost 1000 dollars for.  And also, hold the phone with your thumbs at the middle of the phone and push down.
