Trump accepts using $916 million loss to avoid Federal Taxes

When asked by the debate moderator, Anderson Cooper, whether Trump had used that $916 million loss to avoid paying personal federal income tax, Trump replied in the affirmative. But he added that he did the same thing as many of Hilary’s donors.
