Sorry to say this Kunal, this was not the right way to eat pavbhaji
1 add some ‘kanda’
2 thoda nimbu
3 mix the whole thing with butter
4 last but most important, dip some paav 2-3 times into bhaji and take as much as you can with that pav piece

Honestly sardar pav bhaji is cringe. the excess amount of butter on it completely spoils the taste of the actual pav bhaji. Extremely overrated! I would definitely skip this recipe for heart attack!

It is recommended that you try Maa Anjani Black Pav Bhaji Borivali, Achija Pav Bhaji at Ghatkopar, and Maaji Sagar Pav Bhaji Tardeo, which are all located in close proximity to Sardar Pav Bhaji. The taste of Sardar Pav Bhaji has been widely exaggerated and is not considered to be of high quality.
