Despite the lyrics I think this song is can symbolic be about about a guy who can’t leave a toxic relationship even though he knows all the things wrong with the whole thing

Kind of sounds like an abusive relationship. A woman hurts her partner terribly, leaving injuries on him and she acts as if it's just fun and games but no matter how much he tries to escape she finds him and eventually gives up and accepts this is his life.

I have a pretty deep connection with this song, one of my best friends showed this song to me when I was feeling really suicidal and ever since I have had a special place in my heart for tally hall and this song

I feel like this song has a deeper meaning. This guy knows the person he's with is slowly (or not so slowly) killing him, and yet he's so blinded by their supposed "love" he just can't leave. Even when he's seeing the bodies of people that have tried before him, he's convinced himself that he's different and that this will end anything other than badly for him.

I've been going through many scenarios this year... And I keep finding a new tally hall song that suits the emotion or scenario I went through...
I wish I had discovered this band earlier.

Okay but this song reminds me so much of Animal by Neon Trees. I’m pretty sure both are about a friends with benefits relationship where one wants more while the other is happy as it is, and both compare it to eating each other like animals, both willing to be “eaten” and “torn apart”.
The line “she calls it a game, but the wound that she leaves is unmistakable” could imply that their relationship being a joke to her hurts him. He is still convinced he can convince her that the relationship can work out, trying to “make her believe”. The “skeletons of other men” could be the men who have tried to do as he’s trying to do now, trying to be in a serious relationship. This never works out, causing her to just leave them all together

Or she could just be a prostitute, I don’t know.
