Biblical fasting is not easy, in the past I was content with just being hungry for the committed timeframe, until I started practicing Biblical fasting by omitting food and increasing prayer with purpose, that's when I truly experienced spiritual acceleration and growth. Thank you for the reality check that affirms that fasting is not easy, but the benefits surpass the struggle.

I do remember doing a 40 days fast in 2019 being 29 years and must say it wasn't easy, only the Holy Spirit did take control over my mind and emotions. But the spiritual growth is massive.

I add the "Daniel" fast to my no food biblical fast. No food 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. break it at 6.p.m. with a Daniel fast, plant based food in the evening; no meat, no fish etc.

Mehn…🙆🏾‍♀️ I was so blessed by this podcast! Thank You Jesus. As I was listening to you pastor Vlad and Isiah speaking about the importance of fasting I just felt the presence of God coming upon me at work and I started to pray and cry and say Lord I pray when the time is right you will lead me into the 21 days water fast and 40 days water fast. I have done 3 days and 7 days dry fast and 7 days water fast and the 21 days Daniel fast 3x, but I have not done the 21 days or 40 days water fast yet. I pray that when the time comes God will lead me in Jesus name. So more grace to you both. You guys really move my spirit and encourage and energize me to do it when the time is right. God I thank you for pastor Vlad and pastor Isiah for the wisdom, knowledge, information, understanding, application, and full of spirit upon them in Jesus name. Amen 🙏🏾
