31- Pattern Design: Dart Manipulation: Changing a Bust dart to a French dart

Here I demonstrate drafting a French dart on my Camisole that I created from my bodice block & sloper. This is basic dart manipulation and can be done on any bodice that already has a side dart. This process can also be duplicate from any dart on the pattern block.

so Glad you did this video. As a low and full busted woman doing a fba makes very large darts, changing the shape completely, so I've had a go at doing this dart. It has taken me some time to get the normal dart correct, but this is so much easier. Do you think you could do another video a bit slower with lots more information to follow? I wasn't sure how you sew the french dart to make sure that the seams are both the same. Otherwise fantastic, thank you.
