Thank you so much! I have done my first pull over and cast, and let me tell you I am no spring chicken. I’ve never taken gymnastics have had two children yet somehow I’ve done the highly unlikely thanks to you. 35years Young! Lol

Wow i actually never knew this. I always did CHIN ON THE BAR and STRAIGHT ARMS and you jump with bother legs at once to get ON the bar!

I did it 10 times in a row after not being in gymnastics for 3 years but the second the coach leaves I can't get it at all anymore it's so frustrating bc that's the only thing keeping me on level 1 and also I can do level 2 stuff it's just so grr
But luckily today was my first practice after being gone so there's time for improvement
