Here to shine some light and give some hope to my fellow brethrens. My girlfriend of 2 years broke my heart and left me, coincidently the gyms were finally opening back up from covid. Don't dwell on the past and constantly go after them. If they left you don't try to convince them to come back. I put myself to work, worked out almost every day got my diet and sleep right. Studied hard and eventually I was happy with the progress I made but of course was still heart broken. There were so many days were It was so hard getting out of bed and eat but you just got to keep going and not give up. Eventually my ex came back and we are currently back together but make no mistake I put my needs over hers. Give it time brothers, work on yourself, be the absolute beast version of yourself. If she doesn't come back then she never loved you in the first place.
