I´m brazilian. 39 years old.
The first time i heard the blues I was 10. I literally stoped everything i was doing to listen to that man screaming the pain out of his body with his voice and his guitar. I imediatelly conected with that feeling. Since then, the blues is with me. It helped me through hard times, and man, there has been so much hard times. I don´t know where would I be today if I didn´t have the blues echoing in my life. If i´m alive today is because of the blues. If I found my wife, the most beautiful soul I ever met, if I have a beautiful daughter and a little boy now on the way, it´s because of the blues. It´s because of artists like Muddy, B.B., Hooker, Sonny, Wolf, Wells, Buddy, Vaughan, Clapton and many others, that I was able to endure, to pass through all the harsh times and don´t give up. There was a thougt in my mind saying bad things to me, but then there was another thought saying "man, if you do this to yourself you will never listen to the blues again". The blues saved my life through artists like this wonderful man called Christone. I thank you, Chris, from the bottom of my heart.

Everyone talks about his guitar and, yes, it's fantastic but his voice works so well too! He's not hitting screeching high notes or anything but his voice is just as soulful as the rest of him, love it
