Is it possible for freelancers not contracted with a company to get the lavoro autonomo visa on their own and, if so, which Chamber of Commerce office does one contact to acquire the needed certificate to submit as part of the visa application process? All the information online says it must be done but no one is specific about how to go about it. Any information and/or links regarding that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have been teaching online for several years. My income is around $24, 000 per year. Our rental income is around $16, 000 per year. Our Social Security and Pensions are around $44, 000 per year. Am I qualified for the DNV?
