The BEST WAY to Organise the DeWalt Toughsystem 2.0!

We have just got our hands on the new DeWalt Toughsystem 2.0 Toolbox stack and decided to put it to the test, by organizing an entire collection of DeWalt Power Tools into the stack with Shadow Foam.

That's a plainer, circular saw, table saw, multi-tool, torch, charges, laser level, heat gun and more, all those tools organised and fitted perfectly into the ultimate visual organisation tool - Shadow Foam!

Is it just me or does anyone else believe that only the top box should be open top and the rest of the stack should be drawers?

I've been looking for something like this video forever. Been looking at how people organize their tools in the Touch System and have had a hard time finding anything that isn't just Dewalt marketing pictures of tough guys walking around in mud with their tool boxes

the drawer pieces i have found the most usable, no flipping lids, works well stacked

This is so awesome. Top tip: drop a clean paintbrush in there right at the top so it's easy to give the tools a quick dust-off before packing them away.

It's funny seeing how other people organise because to me my go to tools are a circular saw and an impact. My combi gets so little use I almost regret buying it but it comes in handy now and then

My man, you literally have the oscillating multi-tool sitting in one of the boxes during this whole demonstration. Just use that! It even has a foam cutter attachment for exactly this purpose, would make this job so much smoother. Make the tools work for you and work smarter not harder.

As a jobbing joiner i just throw all these tools with a battery in the tool into just one box and get a lot more than this just into one box.

Have you ever thought of reaching out to DeWalt to get affiliated links to their website. You would make a ton of $ on commission. This video will have people buying their system and tools. This video is perfect for how I would like to organize all my DeWalt tools and batteries. No more pilfering through a pile to get what you need & being able to transport them from garage to back yard where the work gets done easily and more efficiently. Thanks for a great video! My only suggestion would be to mention the actual box you are working with by its DeWalt item number… like DS300 or DS450… etc. There are so many options for these systems… so if someone would like to copy what you’re doing in the video… they will know which box and which mil foam to buy. Thanks again for a great video! I will be ordering foam from you soon!

You should take the cut out from the circular saw and stick it down on top the foam under where the motor is. It would fill in the space enough to stop it having as much movement but still only use the material from one layer

Heat the deep tray while pushing down on top of the circular saw, it should melt to form just enough to seat.
