I really enjoyed my epidural. It gave my husband and I time to relax and enjoy a few more moments together before life changes. We were also able to pray together peacefully. When our son entered the world it was such a peaceful, happy moment.

I think in the back of Jinger's mind she planned on having an epidural the whole time. That is why her prenatal care appointments were with a real doctor and and at the hospital.

Why is there such a huge delay with this show. It seems like she had her baby a long time ago and TLC is just now showing it as if it was a recent event.

I don’t get why women who have an epidural feel the need to explain themselves. It doesn’t make you any less of a woman to seek pain relief. Labor can go on for days and can be exhausting and a lot on the human body. If we have the option to labor comfortably we should take it with not explanation needed. 💕

Jill and Ginger are the only ones doing their own thing their way. Jill By sending her kids to actual school and letting them interact with other kids and being so open about birth control and Ginger too experiencing other things her father would of never aloud them to.

Home births are so dangerous! My mom is a nurse and people truly have no idea how dangerous home births are because there is so many things that can go wrong. Even if you are at a birthing place and the hospital is near by, when a baby can’t breath, every second counts! I know woman like home births because it is more comfortable to deliver at home, but you have to think about the baby instead of yourself. They need to realize that if anything goes wrong, your screwed at home. Midwives don’t have the skills doctors do. I have heard of so many horror stories of woman who gave birth at home or in a birthing place and have had major complications. Many woman and babies have even died from giving birth at home. 🤔

I am happy that she got pain relief because I couldn’t have done a vaginal birth without it more or less sleep with out it. My friend who just had her baby boy gave birth at her house standing up! No medication what’s so ever! And good for her but Jinger doing this shouldn’t make her any less of a mom than mothers who go through it all the way at home or at the hospital she should be proud of herself for doing so. Now I had a C-Section so idk what labor feels like but if this was me I would ask for pain medicine so I could relax and sleep and have energy to give birth. WAY TO GO JINGER!

Jinger is the only Duggar I like. I think it´s great of her to stand her own ground, no longer be a robot to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, but while still holding on to her faith.

I met Jinger once and she is the sweetest! Jeremy's dad is a pastor at the church my family goes to and they flew out to visit! I also saw Felicity and she is so cute!

Pls correct me if I'm wrong, her family frowns upon epidural?
If they are, do you wonder if they would look down on C-sections, episiotomy, etc. Are they consider the Bradley method/Lamaze?
