I was an student athletic trainer at The Colony High School, and we played a playoff game in this stadium against Highland Park in 2013, we got destroyed because our all-state RB had torn his ACL the week prior and he was responsible for about 80% of our offense. Really nice place, nicer training rooms than a lot of college stadiums.

Meanwhile my old high school couldn’t even afford to plant grass seeds so we played on a horrible mix of dying grass and dirt 😂

I moved to Dallas from the Caribbean 8 years ago. Allen High School is nicer than every single university in my country. And it's not just the field, the entire high school is amazing.

I went here for a basketball game when Tyrese Maxey was at South Garland HS and it was the nicest school I'd ever seen in my life. I was about 30 when I first saw it and was genuinely jealous because where I grew up, we had nothing comparable to this.

Passed over this stadium flying from Pennsylvania into the DFW airport. I couldn't believe it wasn't a college stadium.

This is in Collin County Texas, where I live. The High School football zealots here have built or are building two other stadiums like this in the county for High Schools, and that's not including the 12K seat Dallas Cowboys practice facility (The 'Star' in Frisco, TX), which is crazy nice too. I love H.S. football too, but....wow.

If you haven’t already, Paul Brown Tiger Stadium in Massillon, OH is worth a look. It’s in this general area size / amenities.

I played football in Grapevine TX about 30ish years ago and that stadium was massive back then. It's still around and has been updated since, but it is nothing compared to the new stadiums being built in Texas.

Great gridiron football field. Whether anyone graduating from the school knows Mussolini isn’t a type of pasta or that the logic in the scientific method was proven in 1620, who knows? Given the state of politics in the states, I doubt it.
