you can also do that in mkwii, but the turns you take are much less controllable, so you barely turn

The bullet bill is steerable to a certain extent, you can steer it yet it follows a specific path designed for each circuit but forcing the bullet to steer too much can actually slow it down so it is indeed steerable but make sure to steer it in a way it doesn't slow it down

Here are some evidences that shortcat is j perm:

1) Their voices match.
2) Their thumbnail pattern match.
3) J perm once played mario Kart wii but the important point is that he played no matter wii Or 8 deluxe.

It's worth it because it just allows you to take better racing lines in general. One concept that applies to all racing games, whether it be Mario Kart or Gran Turismo, is the racing line, or the most optimal way to enter and exit corners. So being able to take the racing line as best as possible with a bullet bill is very good.
