GTA V Online - Tips: Import/Export Point to Point Race

This is one of a series of 16 videos with tips and tricks for stealing cars in the GTA Online Import/Export business. *******UPDATED TIP 6/22/17: After you win the race and take out the driver, you can order a Cargobob from the nearest airfield and use it to carry your prize home. This will avoid any damage from the driver's friends who are not happy that you won the race.

a tip is to look at the ground when calling a vehicle. they usually don't get delivered in your line of site. in fact i should try looking at the sky, who knows how close they'll drop it to me. thanks for the video!

I know I've been spamming your videos with comments but one way to get rid of these guys is to steal the car, drive far enough to trigger the npc spawns, get out and kill them. if you wait all 4 waves will come one right after the other. then you don't have to worry.

the best solution for this is race and win it then shoot the guy do not get in the car at all get a cargobob lift it out of there but before you move to far from where the race ends get up nice and high so they cannot shoot you and fly back to warehouse you may get some minor damage occasionally from the car swinging around on the chopper usually not much damage i also believe the cars randomly falling of the cargobob has been fixed haven't had it happen to me as of yet

With the point to point race where the car is in sandy shores, once I've collected the car I drive to the abandoned motel about two blocks from there, I park in the back run up the stairs and kill the waves as they come in. Most of the time I get away with 0 damage on the car, depends on how fast they are on me.

Hi there. Thanks for all the videos. I use a Cargobob to transport cars... fly high enough and the ground opposition won't spawn.

I've been doing this one with my fully-upgraded Kuruma. Then I move it to a distance from the finish where I think the npc's will begin to spawn, drive to it with the import car, get in and eliminate the resistance :)

Tip i havent seen any one say is kill the first car that appears then kill the gunner in the chopper then just have that chopper fallow u clean. U may put enough bullets in the chooper that it will eventually fall but u should be close to ur warehouse by that time

I did a test once and you can actually use your oppressor if you have one it counts as a land vehicle

This mission is already horrible because of the distance and the fact that it breaks up your buzzard streak making you get out out and call and wait for a vehicle but I find particularly with the light house variant the attacking NPC sedans are faster than whatever top end car I am driving. Sometimes I need to stop and fight off all the waves of NPCs on foot to avoid getting slaughtered. It is really messed up. I am always driving supercars too as I leave the Mamba, Roosevelt, Z-Type and Stirling in my warehouse so I never have to deal with them again.

I do the races with vigilante, no car can slow me and I finish with at least 1 minute left each time

Use a cargobob always they will all spawn in ground vehicles so it’s really hard for them to shoot u. You probably already know this

my method after winning the race is to call the cargobob fron pegasus and hook it away to warehouse, since the cargobob is fixed

Is it possible to start the race, get out the car, then back in the helicopter to go to the destination?

Can you tell me what happens if you lose the race? Can you still go there and steal it?

If you use a cargobob you can get no damage on most of the missions
