You can consume NuGet and npm GitHub packages as a resource in YAML pipelines. And you can start Azure Pipelines for new GitHub packages as well!

In this video I'm going to show you how to trigger Azure Pipelines for a GitHub package, using the Azure Pipelines Resource trigger, so you can enable automated pipeline triggers when a new package version gets released.
