I know exactly where 4:19 is in minnesota, next to a restaurant called Racks (you can see it on the left side of the road when the truck pulls back). I can 99% guarantee that the black car was making a right turn in the 'yield' area, didnt look to see if the cross traffic had the green light and turned into the traffic when he had no right of way. Then he was forced up onto the snowbank so that he didnt get hit while making his illegal turn.

There is the chance that i am wrong but I can say without doubt that in the last 4 business days there have been two other vehicles stuck up on those snowbanks for the reason i described. Still better than getting hit though.

EDIT: May be 'hers' not 'his', i am not sure and dont discriminate, all genders have bad drivers.
