I get it k its important to be 'Firm' when you're a judge. But only when judging is involved. Instead the judges are being plain disrespectful. If you watch america's next top model or Asia next top model they boost up their contestants on auditions instead of tearing them down by being picky on Wether they speak urdu or if they're nervous. The entire thing is about Transformation. Your job as a judge is to recognized uncarved potential and carve it instead of being 'Ruthless' to prove some kind of point to the media.
