In Rhodes all the street restaurants were pulling a scam when we were there in May. If you ask for a beer and the next question is “Small, medium or large?” do *not* order anything except small. I had a medium, thinking it would be around a litre. It came in a glass boot and was at least two litres. The large one you could bathe in! They ‘won’ €10 out of me that day.
