The Quest for the Oldest Active Roblox Player

Around a month ago, @KreekCraft set a quest upon the Roblox community: to find the oldest Roblox player that's still active. Sadly, even with the entirety of the Roblox community pitching in, it seemed like the quest could not be completed. But is that really the case? Or has everyone been searching for the wrong thing this entire time? Join me today as I find out for myself.

- zealot1234 (ID 2369): His badges go from 2010 to the glitched badges to 2015.
- EPikacu (ID 2570): Only has a few modern hats after the verification hat.
- Ian (ID 2698): No new badges, and he only has a few modern hats after the verified hat.
- Tribes78 (ID 2827): At some point, her badge creation dates go from 2014 to 2018.
- casey (ID 3055): This one's a little unclear, but even if he's not PGed, he doesn't really have any modern stuff, so I wouldn't exactly call him "active".

I know this may be a bit random but as an active sword fighting player, the genre has kind of died out. I feel like just one tiny boost will do a lot. It would mean a lot to the whole community of sf (sword fighting) to make a video on it. If you need some games for footage there will be games down below (all sf games)

Those are just a few games, but the competitive side of sf is called clanning. This is a very important part of roblox sfing as you can find some really skilled players. Try going over some of the clans and their history if possible.

We do actually know why this happened, I started playing ROBLOX in 2010 and this was more commonly known around the time it happened. I can't fully remember the details so take it with a grain of salt, but this is the general gist:

There was some sort of glitch in studio (i think) where when you create player models using real player ids and place them over a badge tile and click run, they would be awarded the real badge.
Someone either botted or just manually got grinding on a lot of earlier accounts and a couple other people who knew the method did the same.
