Warren Buffett on Waiting for the right Opportunities

Berkshire Hathaway just released their earnings and recently there is a lot of talk about the growing Cash Pile on the Balance Sheet. I found an interesting video from the 1998 Annual meeting where Warren Buffett discusses the topic of waiting for the right opportunities. I figured this could be relevant so long story short here is his view on the topic of waiting for the right deals.
