Hello!!! Luv luv luv this boat!!! I just ordered study plans and am planning a fall start on the build. Looking forward to the spirited sailing on Colorado area lakes and maybe a week long cruise to the Great Lakes or maybe South to the Gulf. Thank you for posting this vid!!

You should have taken so more ballast along. As in 2 more people. I wish we had boat like that here in Canada.

That boat has dreadful weather helm. It needs more headsail and more reefing in the mainsail. It probably needs a better rudder too. They are nice looking boats, but could be improved. 9 knots is good !

Quite fast! Do you feel safe at stronger winds? Or do you have to reef very early? Stability OK?
I love that boat... perhaps i order plans of Cape May.

It would be much better with one (or two) reef in the main sail, which is useless most of the time.
