Disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes is expected to surrender Tuesday to federal prison authorities nearly two years after her trial started. Kris Sanchez reports.

The sad part about the whole thing is she knew it was a posi scheme from the start and she got as much money as she can from people she put it up in different countries and hit it that way United States can't get all the money and at the end of the day she only gets 11 years I would have gave her 30 years I don't care if she has kids I don't care she's pregnant right now I know people that's locked up in prison and have kids and they're still in prison so I don't feel sorry for her I hope when she get out she go completely broke I hope they find all the money that she stole from people she's a crook just like the rest of them

Dont commit Petty crimes, go big like her, country club Prison, she stashed money away for when shes out, shell write a book/movie deal and retire out if the country upon her release

When a person scammed and defrauded corporations and the he/she go to prison, but when corporations and greedy executives cheated, scammed and defrauded regular Americans they are award with bailouts, tax incentives and tax shelters. Corporations run by greedy executives committed subprime loan schemes, and tax evasions, they are free and able to start again after 5 years. Is this what happening with small government and lettting corporations govern themselves. If I am to govern my myself I will always reward myself again and again. Every person is looking for themselves alway and every time. It is self-preservation at every level. Millionaires compare their wealth to billionaires and believe they are poor. Billionaires believe they should have more to be more. It is a never-ending dilemmas. Every person believe they should have more to be more. So every body needs to be legislated.

This reminds me to go back to researching the responsibilities of a board.

I don't feel sorry for the ultra rich who lost money, ...they had the money and connection to do what the wall street journal guy did. I'm sure they all did ask a few connection in the industry and those people most likely warned them to stay away, but greed said f*** that, let's gamble for more money. And again, what was the boards responsibility in all this? Zero? That doesn't sound right.
