Zheni Nasi, M.A., has a degree in diplomacy and psychology. Her professional life extends across countries and in the fields of diplomacy (United Nations High Commission on Refugees - Greece), conflict management (Sick Kids Hospital – Toronto, Canada), health care (Department of Health and Human Services – NJ, USA), and social justice (Maytree Foundation - Toronto, Canada). She is a member of the Board of the Association for Anthroposophic Psychology (AAP) in North America, and a representative of AAP to the International Federation of Anthroposophic Psychotherapy Associations (IFAPA) in Switzerland.

Zheni works from a humanistic and transpersonal trauma-informed perspective. She uses an individualised approach to therapy. Among various modalities she employs, anthroposophic psychotherapy has given her the most comprehensive understanding of the human being and human suffering, as well as most insights to a healthy therapeutic relationship.
Anthroposophic psychology says it as it is: psychology is the study of the soul. Anthroposophic psychology considers how striving to balance soul capacities (thinking-feeling-will) can help the human being reach their full potential. It has a deep appreciation of intricacies and interdependence of the human being as a microcosm of the universe we live in.

Anthroposophic psychology is an integrative approach and may include other therapeutic modalities (guided imagery, body movement, working with clay, watercolor painting, pastel drawing, psychodrama, mytho-poetic and/or storytelling).

Thanks for these videos. It's so hard to take care of myself when my body is tortured by body aches, neuropathy and insomnia!!! I'm sitting on my patio - the weather is beautiful and warm. I understand I have to be kind to myself as I go through the healing journey, but at nearly 4 years, how much longer???
