I’m a kitchen and laundry appliance contractor and the ONLY dishwasher I recommend is Bosch, hands down! The Frigidaire will fail with 5 years (control panel), and the Kitchen Aid will fail at less than 5 years with a defective circulation pump. Buy a Bosch and you’re assured of 10-15 years of trouble-free service.

just bought my first home and got a kitchenaid washer, it is absolutely fantastic, super quiet, washing my dishes perfectly, my wife stood next to it and said she couldnt tell if it was on or not

My first KitchenAid was great. I moved and bought another one for the new house. It was a piece of crap. Buying home appliances is a gamble these days.

Well, it is 3 out of 3. The info I have gleaned from my own appliance repairman, Consumer Reports and now Boulevard Home all say Bosch. I am gun-shy about purchasing a Bosch appliance. Several years ago I purchased a Bosch washing machine and out of the gate is was defective, every part including the electronics board was replaced within the 1st year under warranty---hated the thing.

I have a Kenmore built by Bosch in my apartment and I put it to work. I don't prerinse, and I get better results that way contrary to popular belief.

I’ve owned 2 Bosch dishwashers, and not the cheaper ones. The first lasted 10 years. I replaced it with a $1200 Bosh and it worked great till it didn’t. 4 years old and a e07 code pops up. That’s a fan failure. The Bosh service guy is coming out Monday and it’s going to cost around $500. Almost HALF the cost of the appliance. Not happy at all and the Bosh warranty sucks.

with the Bosch it is not hard wired in there are plugs at both ends of the electric cable so now you need an electrician to put in an outlet

i have a Frigidaire currently. Its not this particular one, but the thing just doesnt clean at all. It came with the house I bought, but at only 3 years old and MSRP of over $1, 000 i expected MUCH more.

Bosch is competing against Miele for quality at a lower price. Having one and not the other in this list is kind of silly

I have a Frigidaire dishwasher, failed in a few months. My Frigidaire microwave failed in 2.5 years.

My biggest issue is with the racks both my Maytag (city water)and LG (well water) experienced rusting at the eight year mark. Is Bosch any better.
