The worst thing Scobie did concerning the Dutch version is that he named the woman who translated it and blamed her of mistranslation. That poor woman had to publicly defend herself, telling how many years she’d been a translator without any problems. I felt awful for that poor woman, and I hope she sues him!

I am a professional translator myself and have translated countless texts in French, English and Spanish . There is no way in h e l l a translator would translate something that is NOT IN THE ORIGINAL TEXT especially if it’s a name or surname! 😂 and if there are any issues regarding the context of a certain paragraph / elements within the text then the translator has the duty to contact the author or publisher for further clarification, information or details in order to render the meaning in the closet way possible to the ORIGINAL TEXT ! Scobie is lying through his teeth or is feigning ignorance . The Dutch translator can actually clarify which text they received ( if they received extra footnotes or modifications ) and wether or not the names were in the version they were paid to translate .

He is lying about the publisher being responsible for a new paragraph being added in the Dutch and Italian versions. Omid sold the english language rights to his publisher - meaning that he reserved his rights to foreign language versions. So Omid and his agents sold the foreign language rights THEMSELVES, and therefore had to have slipped that paragraph themselves into the Dutch and Spanish versions - and they are profiting from it directly. Him blaming his english language rights only publisher for a foreign language "mis-translation" is lunacy.

I don’t understand how the same book can be published differently just because it’s in a different language? Now, Omid is a journalist but also a writer and very much aware of author’s rights and publishing terms and conditions. His story doesn’t add Up, much like Meghans

Lies from the start. . . it was proven in court - where Markle had to admit that she passed information to Omid via Finding Freedom. There are pictures of Omid with Markle's bestie Marcus Anderson (all roads lead back to Marcus) via Soho House. Allegedly, Marcus and Omid were more than casual friends. Omid spent time in California writing his book about the English Monarchy. Why? Who was there to help him or write it herself? Also, allegedly Omid lives in California.

Scobie the ex heat gossip columnist has never been a royal correspondent. He is Markles creature and has collaborated with her for this vile fantasy book. He lied about not being briefed by her via a second party for his first book. Markle had to apologise in court for ‘forgetting’ she had done this. The only way he could have got the information in THIS book is from the source markle via a second party HE DISGUSTS ME WITH HIS LIES

Omid has been repeatedly proven a liar. In my opinion he has a greasy, shady sort of air about him. That in combination with his proclivity to play the game of semantics, cause him to be unlikable & considering said history, wholly untrustworthy.
