I read all of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue, as someone with severe childhood CPTSD, I identify with all the symptoms, to the letter. I don’t have Addison’s Disease. In fact I would argue it’s one of the most common medical problems of our age outside of leaky gut.

I believe adrenal fatigue should be called Limbic system dysfunction. As it’s the brain misfiring signals of fear and stress to the adrenals which then release the hormones it’s ordered to release Basically. Stuck in flight or fight mode.

I developed a dibilitating condition 4 years ago and was told by an alternative doctor that I had energy loss from my kidneys. It has been horrific and affected every bit of me, everything seeming to lose contact with everything else. Covid hit and as I refused the jab everything helping me was stopped by the govt. I have struggled through this, reading up on my condition which I know was caused by decades of physical and emotional trauma. I have been totally on my own with this condition, the only help coming from articles on Utube. I am slowly coming right but my energy levels are still very low and gut problems persist. I have to be careful what I eat and drink. Anyone telling me it's not real can go boil their head in oil.

My manager has just been diagnosed with addisons decease and she is a poster child for too much caffeine, too much work and justifying the caffeine and the chocolate bars at work even though she wasn’t fat in appearance.
The endocrine system will be screwed by too much sugar and the result of long term stress, sugar and caffeine seems being adrenal fatigue syndrome seems apt…as Andrew said “wired and tired”.
Except she never gets sleep.

I have extremely low DHEA, Male 37 . DHEA is created in the adrenal glands and if adrenal fatigue doesn't exist then what is the cause?

ITS REAL. I am 26 years old and CAN'T leave my house. I am on steroids now. My adrenal medulla are not producing enough hormones either. I do not have addisons disease...every other organ can be examined as being worn out or stressed, why can't adrenals? HTMA tests show the performance of adrenals and thyroid

Adrenal Fatigue Vs Adrenal Insufficiency Syndrome. What's the difference? It's just semantics. Both refer to the Adrenals failing to produce enough adrenaline/cortisol.
