This is the sound of a split S2 heart sound. It can be normal during inspiration or also heart in people with pulmonic stenosis, right bundle branch blocks, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, etc.

I like the audio of the split S2 for a fixed split but it would be nice to hear the normal, wide, and paradoxical splits as well rather than just a description of them.
