Starting MSE in about one week! Excited bruh

MSE is all well and good. HOWEVER, if you do not address any underlying cranial strains your wellbeing will be made worse in the long run. It's dangerous to think "let me just crack my maxilla open and get some more width". Typically if you've had bicuspids extracted or previous orthodontic treatment, your body has created a compensation pattern, a cranial strain, The right maxilla gets interior rotation (it's hard) the left side has external rotation & is softer. If you do any type of symmetrical expansion without addressing this, you'll get an asymmetrical expansion, that could actually cement in the asymmetry/ cranial strain. You'll feel great for a few years then your wellbeing can take a dive.

This video seems to be an Ad for MSE, it's pretty amazing device, however, FIXING YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT AS SIMPLE AS CRACKING YOUR MAXILLA IN HALF AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.

Can you talk more about SARPE and MARPE as it is more readily avialable in many countries rather then MSE which is rare. Will SARPE get me better nasal airways?
