First we activate the dorsiflexors by pressing the top of the foot and toes into the ground...hold this for about 10 seconds ⏱

Next, relax the muscle and sink farther into plantar flexion. Can you sit here for 1 minute?? Try it. Its harder than it looks 😬

I sprained my ankle a week ago and I literally can’t walk normally like before. My toes are so weak and I don’t even dare to try to walk with my toes :( help… I can’t even bend them as much as I do with my other foot.
