. Once he completed his design he built it along with the help of Artisan Tiny House in four-and-a-half months.

The 250-square-foot tiny house uses structural insulated panels (SIPs), which offer better strength and insulation than regular 2×4 framing and are faster to install.

Terraform One features a full size kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, a 110″ projector theater with surround sound, two beer draft lines, and space for three bikes.

The bedroom is located over the gooseneck so there is no need for a ladder to the bedroom. There is also space for a guest bed and storage loft.

Richard decided that Terraform One wasn’t small enough, so he downsized to living out of his 2010 Honda Element (32 square feet!) and sold the tiny house.
