Something that helps me is when I snap my back foot, I bring it forward a little bit (imagine you're trying to get your back toes to tough your front heel) and just make my front foot go straight up.

You've got to like Mike, such style when he skates, not a serious guy at all though.

mostly because of the ground and a fairly new pop

Whenever I do them these three things happen.
1) I land to much on the nose
2) I flip them perfect but only land with my front foot
3) The board does rotate 180 but it only does half a heelflip so i land on the graphic.
Can anyone give me some helpful tips?
