Snipping with kitchen shears is the secret to fixing the texture of kale, which can be a bit much even if you love greens. I stared doing it a few weeks ago, and it's a game-changer. Brilliant recipe, as always!!

I made it with ripe avocado instead of the oil, juice 1/2 of a lemon, garlic salt to taste, then massage until softened; toast nutritional yeast & bread crumbs; add to kale, toss. From here you can add whatever…(seeds, nut, hemp seeds, dried fruit, etc)
